Belly Yoga, founded by Aynil Aydan in 2024, is a unique fusion of three ancient practices: Belly Dance Isolations, Yoga, and Sacred Geometry. This practice not only stretches and strengthens the body but also prepares the practitioner to release deep-seated emotional trauma and unblock stagnant energy.

The philosophy of Belly Yoga centers on cultivating balance in both body and mind through conscious, heart-centered movement, promoting deep connection with the self.

It emphasizes the importance of intuitive alignment, where each posture and breathwork practice is designed to release emotional trauma and unlock the wisdom of the belly as a core source of healing and intuition.
